When Aiganysh was travelling by car, she took this photograph of a building. Despite her best efforts, the building came out a little blurry.

解法
写真中央にある看板をGoogle画像検索にかけたところ、AIモードの回答から文字列がКАЗАН-КУЙГАН АЙЫЛЫとわかり、キルギスのKazan-Kuyganであるとわかります。写真中央に写るボラードも、Plonk ItのKyrgyzstanガイドに掲載されているキルギスの特徴と一致します。
次にGoogle MapsでKazan-Kuyganを検索し、町の中央を南北に走るA365幹線道路のGoogle Street Viewを確認しました。写真に写っているものと同じようにA365から脇道が伸びる場所をいくつか調べると、撮影地点は以下であることが分かりました。
最後に、特定した地点にある建物の施設情報を確認すると、Библиотека/Libraryと登録されていました。
