解法
画像には場所を直接特定できる情報がなかったため、写っているいくつかのビルをGoogle画像検索で調べました。右端にある色が特徴的なビルからAirbnbの掲載ページが見つかり、撮影地点がColombiaのBogotáであることが分かりました。
Google Mapsで周辺を確認すると、riderの視線の先にはParque de los Hippiesがあります。
"Parque de los Hippies monument"で検索すると、Julio Flórezの記念碑があることが分かりました。Wikimedia Commonsの胸像写真からも確認できます。
