On September 2024, Bellingcat announced the new Online Investigations Toolkit, now hosted on GitHub.
Over the years, the toolkit has taken many forms starting as a Google Doc, later a Google Sheet, and even circulated as a PDF.
In 2020, the “Guides & Handbooks” section included a link to a document that is no longer accessible, though it can still be found online.
Your task is to identify the type of hazard listed at the top of the table on page 39 within that document (answer format: Word).
解法
2020年当時のBellingcat’s Online Open Source Investigation Toolkitを探しました。現在のToolkitをWayback Machineで確認しましたが、記録は2024年までしかありませんでした。
問題文にはToolkitがPDFとして配布されたこともあると書かれています。Scribdに掲載されたToolkitを調べると、2020年時点のものが見つかりました。
このToolkitのGuides & Handbooksを現在のリストと見比べると、現在は掲載されていないドキュメントが多数あります。問題文がpage 39を指定していることから、対象をリンク先のPDFに絞りました。
"FEAT_Version_1.1.pdf"で検索すると、United Nations Digital Libraryの資料が見つかります。ダウンロードしてp.39の表を確認すると、先頭にあるhazard typeはExplosiveでした。
